Requests that change the original approved concept, style, or direction are considered major changes and may require an additional fee or a redesign charge.
Major changes are billed at 40–60% of the original design cost, or as a new design if the original concept is abandoned.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount are billed at $55/hour.
